We went to Lake George NY on Saturday. It is in the southernmost part of the Adirondacks and about an hour from our apartment. It is beautiful. Of course, when we went it rained, but we are now super excited to go back. We had big plans with how to spend our last remaining free days, but after moving, getting settled in, writing a long overdue memo, and all of the shopping we had to do, we couldn't face too many hours in the car.
