Megan had her 12 month appointment today. She is 19.29 pounds (17%), 28.35 inches (18%) and has a head circumference of 17.72 inches (44%). It was again a very traumatic experience, with the shots, and they had to draw blood. But, she took it like a champ. I can't wait until we get all of these shots out of the way.
But more importantly, as of Sunday, Megan can walk!!! Crawling is still her main mode of locomotion, but she does a little more walking each day. I am so excited. We managed to catch a little of it on camera. Sorry that it is sideways. Our normal video camera is broken, so this will have to do.
Russ will have to watch out for his hygiene. I gave him a haircut last night, and Megan was terrified the entire time. It is very hard to cut hair with a screaming toddler hugging your knees for dear life. Russ said that people liked his haircut. I hope that they were sincere, as it was not the best of circumstances to be working under.

Go Meggie Go. We are going to have so much fun in just a few short weeks. Meggie and Kate will be walking and Lily will be crawling!

YAY for Megan! :o) And she doesn't look wobbily at all! She obviously was ready to be walking! She's a big girl now! :o)
