Russ Gets Pepper Sprayed

For my job I had to be Pepper Sprayed. We need to be sprayed so we can carry it. It was a horrible experience; so painful that I actually can't remember just how painful it was. Here is a few videos that show how I did.

Friends

Russ made a friend at the Police Academy who has miniature horses. We got to go down and see them. They were really fun and cute. They are a great family with kids the same ages as ours.

They also had a miniature Jeep that Megan got to drive. I sure hope she improves over the next 13 years, or we will be in trouble!

Sheepdog Festival

We went to the Sheepdog Festival earlier this month. We loved it!

The dogs had to herd sheep down a hill and into this pen in 13 minutes or less.

Mirror Lake

We went to Mirror Lake a few weeks ago. It was high in the mountains, and the weather was cold anyway. This did not deter my water bugs in the slightest bit.

We had Mom's family come in to town to bring Andrew and Alisha to college. We had so much fun hanging out with them. We did so many things. We are so happy to have family nearby!

Melanie is 18 months!

She weighs 20.04 lbs (2.95%), 31.75 inches (54.26%) long and her head is 18.42 inches (58.28%) around. She is so cute and such a joy to have in our family.
