Halloween

Melanie was Marie from the Aristocats.

So was Megan.  This was her parade at school.

All ready for some candy.  Maddie is Little Bunny Foo Foo.
Our first stop was the trunk or treat.
 Eating some candy.
Watching Funny Kitty Videos, our latest favorite thing.

Other fun October pictures

All the girls love to take Taft on walks around the house.
The latest fashion accessory: wearable pets!
This happened while I was trying to cook dinner.  Oh well, at least they are not hugging my leg, crying and begging to be held.
 Maddie's got the sickness too.
We had a snow fall a week before Halloween.

Megan's favorite thing to do after school on Friday is to go to the pet store.  Here we are in a dog igloo.
 Autum Time!

Daddy had a day off of work and got to go to Megan's class and volunteer.  He loved it!  We are very lucky to have a dad that loves to do those kinds of things, even on his day off.

Black Island Farms

Melanie's preschool had a field trip to Black Island Farms.  It was a cool place.  We went on a hay ride and each of the girls got to pick out a pumpkin.  Then we went to play at their playground.  They had a bouncy house pumpkin that Maddie was dying to get into, and saddle swings that the older two loved.  They also had several slides and jungle gym type things made out of hay bales that was also very fun for the girls.

Teeth

Maddie finally got a tooth at 13 months old.  We were all pretty excited for it.  I also forgot to post her year stats so as of 8/22/12, Maddie is 30.31 in (85%) tall and 18.52 lbs (11%).

Other September Happenings

 We have a walker!

 First pony ride.
 One of Megan's school projects.
Ring around the Rosey

The Dinosaur Park

Melanie has an extensive list of favorite dinosaurs.  Here are two of them parasoraloafus (not even close to the right spelling) and a T-Rex (nailed it!)
Meg with a pterandon.  Thanks Dinosaur Train!
 Braikosaurus (not spelled right)
 Maddie with a tricerotop baby.
That pterandon is a slide!  They have a really cool playground.

This has to be a joke in my opinion.  That bear is ridiculous! (Russ assures me that it really existed at one point in time, but I don't believe him.)
